About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at Recovery and Rehabilitation Wellness Spa as a Part-Time Licensed Esthetician! We are passionate about providing exceptional skincare services and holistic wellness experiences to our clients in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion.

Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.

Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques to provide top-notch services.

Promote and sell spa products that enhance client skincare routines.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records.

Collaborate with other spa professionals to create a cohesive wellness experience.

Follow spa sanitation and safety standards

Support promotions, events, and client retention

Requirements:

Valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa or skincare setting.

Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.

Professional demeanor and a commitment to continuous learning.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Weekend availability preferred

Makeup experience is a plus
