    At Psych Choices, we offer a unique opportunity for a part-time licensed therapist to join our dedicated, minority-owned mental health practice. Our owner is involved directly at the employee level, fostering a positive atmosphere where your voice is heard and your input valued. We're looking for a master 's-level LPC, LCSW, or LMFT who is passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space for patients. Experience with children, adolescents, or couples is a plus. This is a part-time opportunity, 10-15 hours a week, that could advance to full-time if expectations are met. Responsibilities: • Implement counseling treatments based on evidence within the specified scope of practice • Ensure effective addressing of clinical diagnoses by prioritizing patient retention • Display proficiency in utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other technology-based systems • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: • The ideal candidate must hold a Master's degree in a human services, counseling, or psychology-related field • A valid license with the PA Board of Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists is required • Candidates should be able to commute to and from the Broomall office location • Strong emphasis on being team-oriented and collaborating effectively with other professionals at the practice Compensation: $47 hourly
