We're seeking a master's-level LPC, LCSW, or LMFT who is passionate about creating safe, non-judgmental spaces for our patients. Experience with children, adolescents, or couples will be an asset as you contribute 10-15 hours a week, with potential to grow into a full-time role. Responsibilities: • Implement counseling treatments based on evidence within the specified scope of practice • Ensure effective addressing of clinical diagnoses by prioritizing patient retention • Display proficiency in utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other technology-based systems • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: • The ideal candidate must hold a Master's degree in a human services, counseling, or psychology-related field • A valid license with the PA Board of Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists is required • Candidates should be able to commute to and from the Broomall office location • Strong emphasis on being team-oriented and collaborating effectively with other professionals at the practice Compensation: $47 hourly
