Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes during lunch service

Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team

Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine a plus)
