Bayou Palms Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for a part time maintenance person. The job would be 3-4 days per week and 8 hours per day.

What we are looking for includes:

• General knowledge of Plumbing, Electric, and HVAC work
• Ability to fix furniture or anything that includes a hardware issue
• Experience with fire alarms, mag locks, doors, cabinetry, windows, generators
• Ability to troubleshoot issues where knowledge may currently lack
• Someone who is organized and can keep equipment in good condition
• Experience in a healthcare facility is strongly preferred.
