Responsibilities: • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Qualifications: • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
