We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. This role includes maintaining common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers, and pools, as well as performing preventative maintenance for guest rooms and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. Responsibilities: • Assist with pool, sauna, and fitness center maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. • Address maintenance requests from guests promptly and with excellent service. • Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, keeping detailed records. • Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to support efficient operations. • Maintain mechanical areas and tools in a clean and orderly condition. Qualifications: • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • High school diploma or GED, with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent training. • Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
