Felner Corporation is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a part-time position at a single-site property in Bridgeport, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining residential buildings. Start date is immediately or as soon as possible. Position Details: • Part-time, on-site role • Flexible hours (must be consistent week to week) • Pay up to $30/hour depending on experience • Immediate start preferred Responsibilities: • Perform general facilities maintenance and repairs, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting, and ceiling tile replacement • Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure building systems remain in safe, working order • Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues as they arise • Maintain a clean, safe, and functional property environment • Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors as needed • Act as a liaison between the management company and service providers Qualifications: • Prior maintenance experience required • Strong diagnostic and basic repair skills • Ability to communicate clearly and work independently • Reliable and professional demeanor Compensation: $27.50 - $30 hourly
