    • Support content distribution (LinkedIn, email, website updates)
    • Help manage and update marketing systems (CRM, lists, campaigns)
    • Conduct research (market, prospects, competitive insights)
    • Execute repeatable marketing processes and workflows
    • Provide general support to keep marketing initiatives moving forward

    What We’re Looking For

    • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing or a related field
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
    • Organized, reliable, responsive, and self-starting
    • Comfortable working independently with clear direction
    • Good with technology - AI forward
    • Interest in B2B marketing, analytics, or professional services

    Nice to Have (Not Required)

    • Experience with HubSpot or similar tools
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing or email campaigns
    • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for marketing tasks

    Logistics

    • 10–15 hours per week (preferred 2-3 hours five days a week but can discuss some flexible scheduling)
    • Preference for candidates based in Fort Collins, but open to others
    • Compensation: $20/hour

    Why This Role

You’ll get real exposure to how a B2B marketing function operates, work directly with experienced leaders, and build practical skills that translate immediately into future roles.
