Part-Time, Hybrid We are seeking a highly skilled, self-directed Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital marketing, content, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning outcomes, optimizing performance across multiple channels, and working closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support firm growth goals. Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing plan focused on ROI and high-quality lead generation • Advise leadership on marketing strategy and budget allocation to support revenue goals • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness Digital Marketing & Campaign Management • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, digital, social media, email, events, and other lead generation channels • Oversee performance tracking, attribution, and ongoing campaign optimization • Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure campaigns are running efficiently across all channels Content & Brand Marketing • Oversee creation of marketing content, including written, visual, audio (podcast), and video assets • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials • Support brand visibility, reputation management, and review generation Website & Marketing Systems • Own CRM and marketing automation systems, including tagging, segmentation, lists, and workflows • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and data integrity across systems • Maintain website functionality, user experience, and performance across devices with support from the external marketing agency Analytics & Reporting • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing and performance metrics • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI • Use insights to continuously refine strategy and execution Collaboration & Growth Initiatives • Work closely with intake and legal teams to ensure seamless lead handling and client experience • Identify and support events, partnerships, and initiatives that generate qualified leads • Attend weekly team and reporting meetings • Support ongoing improvements to internal marketing processes and documentation Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing • Experience with Google Ads and multi-channel campaigns • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action • Strong communication and project management skills • Comfortable operating independently while collaborating cross-functionally • Experience in legal or professional services is a plus Compensation: $45 hourly
