At Shullman Orthodontics and Oral Surgery Center, we’re not just creating beautiful smiles — we’re building relationships and experiences people actually remember. We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Marketing & Patient Experience Coordinator to help us grow our community presence, strengthen referring doctor relationships, and elevate the patient experience both inside and outside the office.
This is a part-time position ideal for someone who loves event planning, relationship-building, social media content opportunities, and being the face of a brand in the community.
What You’ll Be Doing
Community & Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate community events, school partnerships, sponsorships, and in-office promotions
Attend local events and represent the practice professionally and enthusiastically
Help organize patient appreciation events, referral campaigns, contests, and seasonal promotions
Coordinate logistics, supplies, signage, giveaways, and event setup/breakdown
Referring Doctor Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with local dental and medical offices
Deliver referral gifts, marketing materials, and handwritten notes
Schedule and coordinate lunch-and-learns and referral appreciation visits
Track referral activity and help strengthen communication with partner offices
Patient Experience & Office Culture
Help create an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment
Identify opportunities to surprise and delight patients and families
Assist with in-office hospitality, patient engagement, and special moments
Support internal culture initiatives and team celebrations
Marketing Support
Capture behind-the-scenes photos/videos for social media content
Help execute marketing campaigns and promotions
Assist with managing promotional materials and branding consistency
Collaborate with leadership on new growth and community outreach ideas
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, organized, and self-motivated personality
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable attending community events and speaking with people
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage moving pieces without constant supervision
Social media familiarity is a plus
Experience in marketing, hospitality, events, customer service, or healthcare is preferred but not required
