We are currently licensed in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama, with applications pending in additional states. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a part-time, in-house Marketing Specialist to support our loan officers, elevate our brand, and help drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Support

Create and maintain marketing materials that align with company branding and mortgage advertising regulations.

Develop content for social media, email campaigns, and internal marketing initiatives.

Ensure consistency and accuracy across all marketing platforms and materials.

Loan Officer & Referral Partner Support

Create customizable marketing assets for Mortgage Loan Officers and referral partners (flyers, social media posts, email templates, etc.).

Assist with co-branded materials for real estate agents and other partners.

Support recruitment and company growth initiatives through marketing content.

Compliance & Quality Control

Ensure all marketing materials comply with applicable mortgage and advertising regulations.

Maintain organized records of marketing assets and approvals.

Assist leadership with documentation and updates related to marketing compliance standards.

Collaboration & Operations

Work closely with leadership and internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Track basic engagement and performance metrics for campaigns.

Assist with process documentation and refinement as the company grows.

Requirements

Prior experience in marketing, communications, or brand support required.

Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry strongly preferred.

Strong written communication and attention to detail.

General computer proficiency and comfort working with digital tools.

Experience with design or marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, email marketing tools, social media platforms).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Self-sufficiency is required, as this is a fully remote position.

Work Environment & Hours

100% fully remote position. Your ability to work independently is critical.

Part-time role: 20 hours per week.

Flexible scheduling during standard business hours.

In-house role—working directly with leadership and internal teams (not a contractor position).

Pay Structure

Hourly pay (commensurate with experience).
