Korwitts Chiropractic is seeking a skilled and compassionate part-time Massage Therapist to join our integrated, patient-centered healthcare team. We are a well-established, integrated clinic focused on helping patients move beyond short-term relief into lasting results. We are a family practice serving patients from pre-natal through Medicare. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working collaboratively with chiropractors and other wellness professionals while participating in a "clinical, outcomes-driven" environment. Compensation & Benefits Base hourly pay plus commission. Position offers $15 per hour base pay plus 30% commission per session, with strong earning potential based on bookings. Responsibilities: • Support a positive working environment for both clients and staff through relationship building and team development • Treat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate therapeutic massage techniques that meet their needs • Keep track of client treatment records and plans and monitor improvement • Make sure the massage table and products to be used on the client’s skin are ready before every appointment • Meet with each client to discuss any problems with stress or pain, and advise on types of massage and treatment • Provide therapeutic massage tailored to individual patient needs • Work collaboratively with chiropractors on treatment plans • Perform deep tissue, therapeutic, and relaxation massage as appropriate • Document sessions and patient progress • Educate patients on self-care and recovery strategies • Maintain a clean and professional treatment space Qualifications: • Current Illinois Massage Therapy License (required) • Professional liability insurance (required) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in therapeutic and clinical massage preferred • Ability to work in a team-based environment • Reliable and professional demeanor Compensation: $50 hourly potential Base plus commission
