Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Tutor to join our team! As a Tutor, you will assist students individually and in small groups, helping them understand educational concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for tests. Your goal is to help students to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is reliable, understanding, and has a passion for education!

Responsibilities:

Teach Math to a small group of students. Student levels range from pre-K to 11th grade.

Check off student homework exercises, tests during class time to ensure understanding.

Maintain student progress through accurate student records.

Teaching materials and curriculum provided.

Communicate with parents and teachers.

Teach problem-solving skills

Work Schedule:

Part time - Monday through Friday shifts from 4:15 PM to 7:45 PM (Pick 2-3 days a weeks)

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Tutor is preferred

Retired Teachers are welcome to apply

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Patient, understanding, and reliable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to pass a background check
