In search of a part-time handy man that can help work on a 50,000 square foot, 50 year-old facility. Preferred skills would include hvac, compressors, pneumatics, chillers, boilers, ddc, AHU, etc. Ideal candidate would be looking for a side-job for extra income. Duties would include continuous improvement of facilities mechanicals.
