Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be a vital part of our team, helping ensure that our medication providers can focus on what they do best—supporting patient health. Responsibilities include: • Answering phones and scheduling appointments • Contacting pharmacies and assisting with prior authorizations • Completing medical forms and processing documentation • Scanning, filing, and supporting the overall office workflow • Support patients requiring urine drug screening (UDS), including scheduling, providing instructions, ensuring adequate supply inventory, and obtaining results from lab Details • Schedule: 20 hours per week, with Mondays required and the rest split between Tuesday–Friday • Pay: $18/hour to start • Perks: $100 signing bonus after 90 days + a raise at 6 months • Location: Ann Arbor, MI Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For • Strong multitasking skills • Clear communication • A compassionate attitude • Attention to Detail • Problem Solving/Critical Thinking Skills We care deeply about the kind of people we work with.
