Part-Time Medical Receptionist - Bilingual Spanish
Seeking a friendly, outgoing, experienced receptionist to join our amazing team to assist with phones, scheduling, greeting patients, and other front desk duties at the Ontario office of our surgical practice. Must be a talented multitasker with strong phone skills and you must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
You would be supporting our primary receptionist on Thursdays and Fridays. For context, our practice has another location in Beverly Hills with 2 receptionists, along with a robust off-site team, so we have a lot of highly capable people to share the workload.
Although the position is for Thursdays and Fridays, there will certainly be opportunities to fill in on other days if you are interested in more hours. There is also the possibility that this could eventually grow into a full-time position for the right person, but this is not guaranteed.
Experience is required, and we enthusiastically welcome applicants with front desk experience in the hotel/hospitality, legal, or medical fields.
Please note: several days of the initial training for this position will take place at our Beverly Hills headquarters. Other than these training days, you will be located in Ontario.
