Part-Time Mental Health Therapist

Looking for a part-time therapy role with flexibility, a steady caseload, and a team that supports your work? Join our locally owned Ellie Mental Health clinic in Clinton Township.
We’re seeking a licensed therapist who can offer evening and/or weekend appointments and schedule 15 clients per week. You can choose the days and hours that work for you within those needs. If you’d like to grow into a full-time role over time, we’re open to that conversation, too.

What you’ll do
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to individuals, couples, or families based on your experience
Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely
Collaborate with the Clinic Director and fellow clinicians
Use thoughtful, evidence-informed approaches to help clients reach their goals
What you’ll bring
A master’s degree in a behavioral health field
An active Michigan license: LPC, LMSW, LP, LLPC, or LLMSW
Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Experience with children ages 8+, teens, couples, or families is a plus
Familiarity with electronic health records; Valant experience is a plus
Evening and/or weekend availability is required. In-office sessions are also required, with telehealth flexibility available.
