Part-Time Mother’s Helper – South Austin (Circle C, 78739)

A warm and welcoming family in the beautiful Circle C area of South Austin is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Mother’s Helper to assist with their sweet 2.5-year-old toddler! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves working with toddlers and enjoys creating fun, engaging, and enriching days filled with play, learning, and outdoor activities.

Schedule Options

Option 1: Monday–Wednesday | 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

OR

Option 2: Two full days per week | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-Month Contract Pay: $25–$27/hour

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and engaging care for a fun and active 2.5-year-old

Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and play

Encourage active play, outdoor time, walks, and hands-on learning

Assist with light child-related tasks as needed

Help support daily routines and provide an extra set of hands throughout the day

Requirements

Previous childcare experience required

CPR & First Aid Certified

Energetic, patient, reliable, and attentive

Comfortable around dogs (family has one friendly dog)

Comfortable working in a home with a stay-at-home parent present

Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
