    Part Time Mother's Helper – Pflugerville, TX

    Start Date: August, 04, 2026 Contract Length: 12 Months Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (25 hours/week) Compensation: $30–$32/hour

    Part Time Mother's Helper. A warm and welcoming family in Pflugerville is seeking an experienced and nurturing Mother's Helper to assist a stay-at-home mom with caring for her growing family. The family has a 3-year-old, a 1-year-old, and is expecting their third baby. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is proactive, and is happy to provide an extra set of hands throughout the day.

    Responsibilities

    Assist mom with the daily care of the children.

    Engage the children in age-appropriate, educational, and creative activities.

    Prepare snacks and simple meals for the children as needed.

    Help maintain children's daily routines, including diaper changes, potty training support, naps, and playtime.

    Keep children's play areas, bedrooms, and belongings tidy and organized.

    Assist with children's laundry and other child-related household tasks.

    Support mom with newborn care after the baby arrives as needed.

    Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for the children.

    Qualifications

    At least 3 years of professional childcare experience.

    Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

    Comfortable working alongside a stay-at-home parent.

    Patient, dependable, organized, and proactive.

    CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before employment).

    Current Tdap vaccination required.

    Reliable transportation and excellent references.

    Additional Information

    No pets in the home.
