Compensation & Benefits

• Rate: $36-39 per hour, approx. $59,280–$62,400/year

• Guaranteed: 30 hours/week

• Benefits: 1 week paid vacation, 2 sick/personal days annually

Schedule:

• Hours: Monday 3pm-7pm Tuesday 12:30pm-6:30pm Wednesday 11am-6:30pm, Thursday 12:30pm-6:30pm, Friday 2pm-10pm, flexibility to work every other Saturday for additional hours

Winter Adjustment (Ski Season Jan – mid-Mar):
Friday hours shift to 7AM – 11PM instead of 2PM – 10PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for all four children

• Perform light household tasks: children’s dishes, laundry, toy organization

• Interact warmly with our pet—dog-friendly environment required

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with large families/multiples across a wide age range

• Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle

• Legal right to work in the U.S.

• Able to provide 3–5 professional references
