PART-TIME NANNY JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Austin, TX 78747 Start Date: December 1, 2025 (or December 7 at the latest) Contract Length: 6 months (through June 2026) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm (Occasional flexible start time at 8:00–9:00am) Hours: ~30 hours per week Pay: $22–$25 per hour, DOE Child: One infant, 3 months old Pets: One dog (will be secured during working hours) Parents: Work-from-home household

POSITION OVERVIEW

A loving, reliable, and experienced nanny is needed to care for an infant in a calm, work-from-home environment. The ideal candidate will have strong infant experience, be proactive, nurturing, and able to maintain a consistent routine to support developmental milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for a 3-month-old.

Maintain the baby’s daily schedule, including naps, feedings, playtime, and diaper changes.

Support age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, reading, etc.).

Keep nursery and play areas clean, organized, and stocked.

Wash baby bottles, pump parts, and baby laundry as needed.

Communicate daily with parents regarding the child's schedule, progress, and any concerns.

Ensure a safe environment at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3-5 years of infant nanny experience.

Strong understanding of infant routines, safety, and developmental stages.

CPR and First Aid certification

Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
