Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in South Park in finding a Part-Time Nanny/House Manager for their 7-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. The Nanny/House Manager would typically be needed Monday - Friday, 12:45 pm - 5:00 pm. (26.25 hours).

The best nanny for this family will be reliable, consistent, upbeat, and easy-going, bringing positive energy to each day. Responsibilities include school pick-ups for their 4-year-old at 12:45 PM and 7-year-old at 2:50 PM, followed by engaging, active care such as outdoor play, reading, and games. The nanny will oversee their daughters' daily homework and support the children with age-appropriate chores, including putting away their laundry and tidying play areas.

This family highly values education and is seeking a nanny who will incorporate learning into daily activities and plan enriching outings in the community. The ideal candidate will keep the children active and engaged through trips to the park, visits to the family’s swim and tennis club for pool time and clinics, and other local activities. During the summer months, when the children are enrolled in camps, the role will shift to include more household support, such as family laundry and home organization. Both parents work from home in designated offices, so the nanny should be comfortable working independently while maintaining respectful work-from-home boundaries.

Nanny Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting the daily scheduling needs of the children

• Picking the children up from school

• Engaging with the children on an age-appropriate activities

• Playing with the children both inside and outside the home

• Doing hands-on learning activities with the children

Household Duties Include (Children are first priority):

• Children’s laundry and changing children’s sheets weekly

• Light meal prep for the family

• Unloading/loading dishwasher

• Wiping down kitchen counters

• Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the children

Qualifications:

• Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience

• Have a college degree or equivalent experience

• Have a professional resume

• Pass a national background check, including a driving record check

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Have safe and reliable transportation

• Have a minimum of three professional references

• Be non-smoking/vaping

• CPR and First Aid Certified

• Nanny should be fluent in English; any additional languages are a plus

• Legal pay is offered at $25 - $28 an hour, depending on experience
