3–5+ years professional nanny experience
Strong background in infant/toddler care and supporting multiple children
Organized, observant, and proactive — takes initiative while respecting parental preferences
Team mindset: excellent communication skills, comfortable aligning with household routines
Discreet, trustworthy, and tech-comfortable (text updates, shared calendars, etc.)
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to complete
Provide engaged, attentive care focused solely on the 1-year-old
Maintain daily feeding and nap schedule (outlined below)
Prepare and serve age-appropriate meals and snacks; support eating as needed
(child eats a variety of normal foods; breast milk available as needed)
Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage motor, language & social development
Facilitate indoor and outdoor play, with an emphasis on safety and exploration
Support learning through songs, books, sensory play & conversation
Diapering, hygiene, and dressing
Provide consistent daily communication to parents (meals, naps, temperament, highlights)
No cleaning beyond basic child-related tidying
No laundry, meal prep for adults, or household chores
