Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency Boise is currently seeking experienced part-time nannies to work a variety of shifts with families throughout the Treasure Valley (Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Meridian, Kuna). Positions are available immediately. 8-29 hours per week Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age • High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum of 3 years of childcare experience • Excellent references • Clean background check (criminal, civil, and driving) • Reliable personal vehicle • CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification Most importantly, candidates must have a genuine passion for caring for children and the patience to provide attentive, nurturing care. As part of the Twinkle Toes team, you will have access to our online scheduling system, allowing you to pick up additional shifts and provide babysitting and backup care for our families as needed. Responsibilities: • Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times • Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children • Assist with dressing, diapering, and hygiene • Follow the child’s daily routine, including naps and activities • Plan engaging, age-appropriate play and learning activities • Encourage development through reading, games, and conversation • Take children outside for walks, parks, and activities • Transport children to and from school or activities if needed • Keep children’s play areas clean and organized • Clean up after meals and activities • Wash children’s dishes, bottles, and utensils • Assist with children’s laundry as needed • Communicate with parents about the child’s day and any concerns Qualifications: • Experience caring for children of various ages • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Strong communication and professionalism with families • Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment • Dependable, punctual, and responsible • Ability to follow family routines and instructions while using good judgment Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
