    Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    Compensation: $28–$30/hour
    Guaranteed Hours: 21 hours/week

    Responsibilities

    • Provide attentive, hands-on care for both children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
    • Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate play, structured activities, and consistent routines
    • Foster a fun, engaging environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and early learning
    • Maintain consistent nap schedules and daily structure
    • Diapering, bottle feeding, and assisting with toddler routines
    • Light housekeeping related to the children, including laundry, organizing toys, and tidying common areas
    • Load/unload dishwasher and assist with general household tidying as needed
    • Collaborate openly with parents to maintain consistency in routines and care

    Requirements

    • Prior professional childcare experience, especially with infants and toddlers
    • Strong understanding of early childhood development
    • Teaching background or experience planning enriching, age-appropriate activities is a strong plus
    • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Reliable transportation and punctuality
    • Non-smoker
    • Comfortable in a home with a friendly Labrador
    • Able to provide 3–5 professional references
