We are seeking a highly motivated individual that has prior experience as a Surgical Assist in the Ambulatory Surgical Center for Orthopedic Spine and Extremity procedures. We are seeking a Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and/or Physician Assistant with excellent interpersonal communication skills and genuinely care about helping others.
Proficiency in the Following Required:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, consultations and follow ups
Order and Review Advanced Imaging like MRI/CT and/or Doppler US and make referral to appropriate Specialist
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Specialists (Interventional Pain, Orthopedic and Vascular) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Perform in-office medical procedures such as Trigger Point and Joint injections, OrthoVisc for Knee OA, Botox for Migraines, Men's (TRT) and Women's Hormone Therapy (BHRT), Regenerative Medicine such as PRP or Stem Cell in Extremity Joints and/or Medication management under supervision of collaborating Physician
Perform accurate and timely medical record documentation for any patients seen in Tebra EHR
Serve as a Surgical Assist in the ASC for Orthopedic Spine procedures
Part Time; 1-2x/month
