What You’ll Do
- Prepare and process invoices and billing accurately and on time
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and care
- Support general office functions including filing, data entry, and mail handling
- Assist with customer follow-ups and communications
- Help keep our workspace organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and basic understanding of billing/invoicing
- Friendly phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow through reliably
- Comfortable with basic office software (Word, Excel, email)
- Previous experience in an office, billing, or customer service role is a plus
