Vehiship is seeking a part time Office Administrator to add to it's team. The Office Administrator will be a vital addition to our organization and will gain valuable knowledge and first-hand experience within the Transportation / Logistics Industry. High-performing employees have potential for growth within the company.
SAMPLING OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Correspond with customers and drivers
Field incoming phone calls
Monitor and process mail, company email, and fax
Enter new clients and orders into database
Verify, scan, and save documents
Send documents and correspondence to clients and terminal managers
Monitor freight and inventory
Process carrier paperwork
Daily status calls and updates to drivers
Updating orders in database
Other administrative duties as needed
