Part-Time Office Assistant
MCR Technologies is seeking a part-time office assistant to support the administrative tasks of the facility.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite required
1-2 years experience with NetSuite or other ERP applications preferred
Experience with customer service and support desired
Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English reading and writing
Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
Provide general office support, including but not limited to: answering phones, placing orders, invoicing, collections, inventory, receiving, shipping
Exhibit excellent customer service while communicating effectively with customers using company-provided equipment (I.e., desk phone and computer)
Generate and update quotes and sales orders
Assist with Inventory management and purchase orders
Monitor office supply and equipment inventory, order low inventory as needed
Take initiative with other administrative tasks and assist as needed
Working hours will be from 9 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday. Pay is $19.00 per hour
