We are a fast-paced and growing moving company seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small office setting. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role with opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness
Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory records
Make client follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback
Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling (as needed)
Perform supply runs and local deliveries using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Support social media posting and basic content creation
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (mileage will be reimbursed)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve
Prior office experience is a plus but not required
This is a part-time position with room to grow into a full-time role. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to grow with us and become a key part of our team.
