CertaPro Painters of Nashua and Westford (an independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters franchisee) is looking for a temporary part time office associate. Supporting our office team to service all prospective and existing customers to exceed their painting needs and create customers for life. This position is located in our Nashua office.
This position is approximately 20 hours per week and needed until October. It may be extended based on business needs.
Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Associate to support day-to-day administrative operations while contributing to marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys taking initiative across a wide range of responsibilities that support both internal teams and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Operations
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
Schedule estimates, appointments, and follow-up visits
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Record accurate messages and ensure timely communication and follow-through
Order, track, and maintain office supplies and materials
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support team members with data entry, documentation, and basic reporting
Assist with general office organization and vendor coordination
Marketing Support
Assist with social media posting and basic content management
Support distribution of marketing materials and customer outreach efforts
Coordinate customer reviews, testimonials, and follow-up communication
Track and manage marketing inventory (brochures, yard signs, promotional items)
Provide support for community engagement and promotional events
Qualifications/Certifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Work Environment: This role is primarily office-based with opportunities to assist in community and marketing activities as needed.
