Location: Doraville, GA – On-site at warehouse/distribution center

Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends based on business needs)

Compensation: $15.50 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Respected Roots is a fast-growing men’s grooming and skincare company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Fulfillment Processor to join our warehouse and distribution team.

Position Overview

The Online Fulfillment Processor is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining an efficient and organized workspace. This role plays a key part in ensuring that customers receive their products quickly, correctly, and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack customer orders using packing slips and product/item numbers.

Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and boxing according to company standards.

Inspect products for damage, defects, and accuracy before shipment.

Receive, unload, and put away inventory in proper storage locations.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Complete assigned work orders and maintain productivity goals.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Use Shopify (or similar platforms) to track and fulfill online orders (experience preferred).

Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages promptly.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet fulfillment deadlines.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift to [30–40 lbs].

Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.

Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Basic computer skills; experience with Shopify or e-commerce order management is a plus.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
