    Responsibilities

    Oversee all operational aspects of the business

    Create strategic and operational goals and objectives

    Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability

    Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control

    Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

    Examine financial data and budgets and create financial forecasts

    Set and monitor key performance indicators

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

    Previous experience as an Operations Manager is preferred in Real Estate

    REAL ESTATE Experience a MUST

    Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management

    Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles

    We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Part-Time Operations Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who can efficiently manage a variety of tasks across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing office files, handling billing and accounting, as well as being proficient in marketing, recruiting, video editing, tach savvy and computer software, scheduling, prospecting, and project management.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office Management:

    Maintain and manage office files, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.

    Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

    Billing and Accounting:

    Handle all billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Assist in managing accounts, including invoicing and financial reporting.

    Marketing and Recruiting:

    Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

    Assist in recruiting efforts by screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

    Video Editing and Tech Savvy across various applications:

    Edit and produce video content that aligns with company standards.

    Schedule and manage video and marketing projects, coordinating with guests and internal teams.

    Prospecting and Project Management:

    Identify and engage potential clients or partners.

    Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in operations management or related fields.

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Proficiency in accounting software and office management tools.

    Experience in marketing and recruitment strategies.

    Skills in video editing software and podcasting platforms.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Skills

    Familiarity with computers, Microsoft applications, tech savvy

    Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Real Estate Experience is a MUST.
