About the Role:

Join Ellie Mental Health as a Part Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Latham, NY! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions for diverse client populations.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental wellness.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their concerns.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

Current licensure as an LMHC or LMFT in New York State.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings.

Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for helping others and promoting mental health awareness.

Flexibility to accommodate a part-time schedule with evening and weekend availability.
