About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy sessions to clients with diverse mental health needs.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental wellness.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Facilitate community outreach and educational workshops as needed.

Support clients in developing coping strategies and achieving personal goals.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Valid and active state licensure (LMHC or LMFT).

Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.

Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
