A Premium Armed Security Assignment with Consistent Summer Hours
KRE Security, LLC is actively seeking professional, dependable Act 235 Certified Armed Security Officers for a seasonal overnight assignment at a private camp property in Fannettsburg, PA.
This is not a high-traffic retail post or a chaotic public-facing assignment. This is a professional armed security detail on private property where officers are trusted to work independently, maintain a visible security presence, and protect the site during overnight hours.
For experienced security professionals, veterans, and former law enforcement personnel, this assignment offers the opportunity to earn consistent income in a quiet, controlled environment with clear expectations and a predictable schedule.
Compensation & Schedule
$23.00 per hour
Seasonal Assignment: June 21 – August 11 (approximate dates)
Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Thursday–Sunday Schedule
Consistent weekly hours
One officer assigned per shift
Independent armed post
Position Responsibilities
As the overnight Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the property during non-operational hours by:
Conducting routine patrols of buildings and grounds
Maintaining a professional armed security presence
Monitoring access points and perimeter areas
Identifying and reporting suspicious activity
Responding appropriately to alarms or incidents
Completing activity logs and incident reports
Ensuring the property remains secure and undisturbed throughout the shift
Qualifications
Required:
Act 235 Certification
Valid Driver's License
Reliable Transportation
Ability to Work Independently
Strong Attendance and Professionalism
Preferred:
Prior Armed Security Experience
Military Experience
Law Enforcement Background
Protective Services Experience
Candidates must successfully pass all required screenings and employment requirements.
Required Clearances
The following clearances must be completed prior to assignment start:
FBI Fingerprint Clearance
PA Child Abuse Clearance
PATCH Criminal Background Check
Assistance may be available for qualified candidates who require support obtaining required clearances.
