The Debra Atkinson Allstate Agency is growing and looking for a motivated, full-time Arizona Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Professional to join our team!

What We’re Looking For:

Active Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

Full-time availability

Prior insurance sales experience (required)

Allstate experience preferred

Strong communication and closing skills

Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities:

Develop new business through outbound calling, networking, and referrals

Cross-sell and round out accounts

Provide coverage recommendations tailored to client needs

Maintain strong follow-up and customer retention practices

Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

AZ P&C Insurance Licensed

Live in the Phoenix-Metro area

High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Excellent customer service skills

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
