This Part-Time / PRN Transportation Caregiver position is focused on assisting clients with transportation to and from medical appointments, errands, and community engagements. Applicants must be willing to transport clients using their own vehicle and be physically capable of assisting with safe transfers as needed.

Our clients are located in the Central DuPage County area. Towns include: Wheaton and surrounded areas.

What you’ll be doing:
Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, therapies, and errands using personal vehicle
Assist clients with entering and exiting vehicles safely, including transfer assistance
Provide companionship and reassurance during appointments
Assist with light activities of daily living as needed
Communicate effectively with office staff, families, and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
What we’re looking for:
Active CNA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable personal vehicle required
Current auto insurance required
Willingness and ability to transport clients in personal vehicle
Ability to safely assist with client transfers in and out of vehicles
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Weekend availability required
Optional weekday and night shifts may be available, including weekends
Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus but that isn't the only thing we consider. Apply!
