    BrightStar Care of East Lansing, MI, is seeking a skilled Infusion Nurse for our clients the Greater Lansing area. In this role, you'll deliver specialized infusion therapy and patient education directly in the comfort of their homes.     Responsibilities:

    Home Visits: Provide specialty and core drug infusions, including IVIG and Remicade.

    Peripheral IV Management: Perform IV placement and maintenance.

    Central Line Maintenance: Manage central lines effectively.

    Training: Educate patients on injections, line maintenance, and self-administered infusions.

    Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and pharmacies to ensure optimal patient care.

    Plan of Care: Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans.

    Requirements:

    Licensure: Must hold a current unrestricted RN license in Michigan and valid CPR.

    Experience: Prior experience in home healthcare visits is required.

    Skills: Experience with peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV infusion therapy, injection and self-infusion training, phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients, and CVAD knowledge is essential.

    Transportation: Must have a reliable car and full coverage auto insurance.

    Background: Clean background and Urine Drug Screen.

    Compliance: Must adhere to regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and client confidentiality.

    Technology: Recommended personal lap top or tablet for in home documentation through our online portal.
