Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Part-Time Retail Pharmacist with experience using Micro Merchant systems to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in an independent pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately dispense prescription medications and provide counseling to patients

Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations

Manage and process prescriptions using Micro Merchant pharmacy software

Provide excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships

Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow

Perform medication therapy management (MTM) when appropriate

Oversee inventory management and ensure proper medication storage

Qualifications:

Active Pharmacist license in NJ

Previous retail pharmacy experience required

Proficiency with Micro Merchant pharmacy software strongly preferred

Experience in an independent pharmacy setting highly desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
