Focus Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic, patient-focused team in Rancho Santa Margarita. 💼 What You’ll Get:

$30–$37/hour based on experience & certifications

Flexible part-time schedule with room to grow

AI-assisted documentation system (less screen time, more patient time)

Opportunity to work 1-on-1 with patients in 40–60 min sessions

Licensed California PTA

Passion for helping people move and feel better

Excellent communication and time-management skills

Desire to be part of a team that values quality over quantity

Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (but not required)
