Focus Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic, patient-focused team in Rancho Santa Margarita. If you love helping people move better, recover faster, and stay active—and you thrive in a positive, growth-oriented environment—this is the opportunity for you!
💼 What You’ll Get:
$30–$37/hour based on experience & certifications
Flexible part-time schedule with room to grow
AI-assisted documentation system (less screen time, more patient time)

Opportunity to work 1-on-1 with patients in 40–60 min sessions
Exposure to innovative treatment methods like Astym, AFS, Stemwave, concierge care, and movement analysis

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
Licensed California PTA
Passion for helping people move and feel better
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Desire to be part of a team that values quality over quantity
Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (but not required)
