Hours may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to Salerno's recipes and quality standards.

Stretch dough, top pizzas, and monitor cooking times.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.

Prep ingredients and stock the pizza station before service.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with general kitchen duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous pizza-making or kitchen experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Ability to work efficiently during busy dinner shifts.

Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
