PM Shift, Part Time Responsibilities: • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations • Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors • Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities • Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests • Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed Qualifications: • Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members Compensation: $15.72 per hour
