Part-Time Production & Installation Specialist (Entry Level)

Do you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and seeing projects come to life? Join our growing FASTSIGNS of Clermont team! This entry-level, part-time position offers hands-on training, the chance to work with a variety of equipment, and the opportunity to move to full-time after a 90-day probationary period.

What You’ll Do

Produce and finish signs and graphics

Weed, tape, mount, laminate, and prep vinyl

Assist with interior and exterior installations

Support workflow, organization, and quality control

Operate equipment including large format printer, vinyl plotter, laminator, and Safety Speed Saw

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

No prior experience required . We train motivated team members!

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Graphic design experience

Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator

Experience in print, fabrication, or hands-on production

Compensation

$17–$20/hr, depending on experience and skill level Potential for increased hours and full-time employment after 90 days
