Whether you’re just starting out or exploring a new path, this is your opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the construction and home improvement trades—on real job sites, with experienced Craftsmen, and under the support of a top-notch office team.

What You'll Do:

Assist skilled Craftsmen on a wide variety of home improvement and light commercial projects—no two days are the same

Learn framing, drywall, painting, tile, flooring, finish carpentry, light plumbing, electrical, and more

Load and unload tools and materials, prep job sites, clean up, and support skilled labor

Represent our brand with professionalism, dependability, and pride in your work

We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic—reliability matters more than experience

A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative

Some basic hand tool knowledge is helpful, but we’ll teach you the rest

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Ability to lift 75 lbs, work on ladders, and be on your feet most of the day
