Location: Portland, Maine Hours: 20-30 hours per week Compensation: $25 per hour Responsibilities: • Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, email, and text • Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with vendors • Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs • Post rental listings and schedule property showings • Track rent payments and follow up on late or missed payments • Maintain digital records of leases, work orders, and communications • Support property inspections and compliance tracking Qualifications: • Prior experience in property management, real estate, or customer service preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, Excel, property management software) • Reliable transportation (if not remote) • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Compensation: $25 per hour
