As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you’ll provide care to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, substance use, trauma, and more. You’ll play a vital role in stabilizing patients in crisis, supporting long-term behavioral change, and helping individuals rediscover hope and healing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
• Prior floor nurse experience within a Psych or Behavioral Health facility/unit is helpful
• New Graduate Nurses are welcome to apply!
• Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
