Ellie Mental Health (“Ellie”) is rapidly expanding across South Florida, and we are seeking a Part-Time Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our clinics serving Columbus, Ohio. Ellie clinics are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more.
The role will be primarily located in either our Westerville or Worthington locations, with flexibility for remote work from home as needed. We offer a blended service model with in-person and tele-health options. You’ll love working in our modern office environment designed with a warm vibe and community feel.
Responsibilities include:
Clinical supervision of dependent licensees and interns to assist with case conceptualization, treatment plans, and documentation.
Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, etc. to help clients achieve and exceed goals - seeing the type of clients that you want to see when you want to see them!
Review and approve documentation of services provided by dependent licensees and interns that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Attend and participate in clinical team meetings and trainings
Respond to communications and requests from the Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Ohio·
Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related fields.
Multicultural competence in mental health
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $85,000 based on hours devoted to Ellie.
