About the Role:

Grease Monkey in Tempe, AZ is looking for a driven and experienced Part Time Quick Lube Store Manager to help lead our fast-paced service center. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and workflow management

Lead, coach, and schedule a team of lube technicians and service advisors

Drive sales performance, upselling services such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements

Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality vehicle service to maximize customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels and order automotive supplies and products as needed

Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner

Track KPIs, prepare reports, and meet revenue and efficiency targets

Requirements:

2+ years experience in a quick lube, automotive service, or related environment preferred

Strong knowledge of oil change services, preventive maintenance, and light automotive repair

Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive, productive work culture

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic business reporting

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
